In spite of the unprecedented lockup of 200 witnesses
concerning what really happened at Waco Texas Twin Peaks incident,
news is leaking out in various venues...

It appears that this was actually a targeted killing by the US government
of people they perceived as Russian agents operating inside the USA.

Obama Massacres Innocent Waco Bikers Over Putin Fears
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
A new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Obama regimes Department of Homeland Security (DHS) deliberately massacred at least 9 innocent motorcycle enthusiasts on 17 May over fears that one of the clubs participating in a yearly rally in Waco, Texas, could possibly be linked to the Night Wolves.
Described by some in the propaganda Western press as “Putin’s Hells Angels”, this report explains, the Night Wolves were, in fact, one of the first organized groups that battled against the Soviet communist regime in the 1980’s leading to the fall of that brutal regime, and who have since have taken an interest in the political and social life of Russia, engaging in youth social issues while forging close links to the Kremlin and establishing a friendship with Putin. They also aided the protection of Ukraine from the US installed Nazi government by patrolling the streets of Crimea with unmarked soldiers sent from Russia, fought for the rebels and are deeply involved with the Russian Orthodox Church.
Led by the deeply religious Alexander Zaldostanov [aka “The Surgeon” because of his medical skills], this report continues, the 5,000 member Night Wolves also have the dubious distinction of being the only motorcycle club in history to have been sanctioned by the US government forbidding them from traveling to or having/making business with anyone in America.

pbc1.jpg
The Obama regimes fears regarding the Night Wolves leading to the 17 May Waco Massacre, this report says, centered around a small and mysterious motorcycle club known as the Cossacks that began in the early 1990’s in the Caucasus Mountains region of the Federation and had just one World War II-era 1942 Harley-Davidson.
Since the 1990’s, SVR intelligence analysts in this report note, little has been known or reported about the Cossacks Motorcycle Club in the Federation other than “certain members” known to have immigrated to the United States where they revived their organization.
Once these “certain members” of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club immigrated to the United States, this report says, there appears to be little information about them with even Wikipedia failing to note their presence/existence in either their Lists of Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs or List of Motorcycle Clubs.
SVR analysts in this report further note that the Cossacks Motorcycle Club has rarely been mentioned in the American press, with the exception being a 2011 notice advertising their “Annual Mingus Blowout”, in Mingus, Texas, open to everyone and described as a collage-like party with their open invitation stating, “As always, there are No Weapons and No Attitudes allowed assuring a relaxing, fun weekend for all.”

pbc2.jpg
Particularly fearful about the Cossacks Motorcycle Club to the Obama regime, this report states, were “intercepted electronic communications” between them and the Night Wolves, leading some SVR analysts to conclude that the Americans were “terrified” of such an alliance forming as the Night Wolves long experience with operating within the confines of a police state regime would give the Cossacks, and any other motorcycle club they affiliated with, invaluable knowledge to battle their nations suppression by the oligarchs now controlling them.
As the internationally prestigious Princeton University had already declared last year that the United States was now an oligarchy, not a democracy, this report continues, the Obama regime had no choice (like all totalitarian regimes do) but to totally eliminate the Cossacks Motorcycle Club over their perceived fears…and which they began with the 17 May Waco Biker Massacre when military camouflaged DHS snipers embedded on the rooftop of the Twin Peaks restaurant began their deliberate killing spree.

pbc3.jpg
Even worse, at least for the American people, this report continues, within minutes of this massacre, and resembling the propaganda “attack” launched against these once free people on 11 September 2001, the Obama regime began flooding their nations lapdog press with so many deliberately false stories relating to these murders it would be laughable, except, of course, for the families of those left dead and dying.
Of particular note about the numerous Obama regime lies regarding this massacre, the SVR says, are the reports that these bikers all began shooting at each other, when in fact the video evidence proves that only one biker fired his weapon in self defense while fleeing from the DHS sniper fire.
Also to be noted about these Obama regime lies, this report continues, was that where the propaganda reports stated that over 1,000 guns were confiscated from these bikers, in fact barely 300 were actually recovered, and nearly all of them were legally possessed under Texas law.
Of the nine casualties who died of gunshot wounds, the SVR further notes, all were sustained outside the restaurant and no shell casings were found around the bodies while eight of the nine were Cossacks and of the eighteen who were wounded they are not expected to be charged, a fact leading one American independent report on this massacre to state: “So much for the narrative that gangs were fighting each other, or that Bandidos were the aggressors.”
Even more shameful, this report says, where the Obama regime reports that all of the dead were hardened criminals, but which independent research shows the opposite to be true as nearly all of them had no criminal records whatsoever, including Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, who was a law-abiding decorated Vietnam veteran with Purple Heart and had never been arrested in his whole life.

pbc4.jpg
And in one the most appalling acts of government lawlessness the United States has seen in modern times, this report notes, after this massacre by the Obama regime, 170 of the witnesses who were able to describe the DHS snipers unprovoked attack upon them were immediately jailed with no charges filed and placed under $1 million bond each.
Though the Obama regime propaganda media even now continues to spread their lies about this massacre, this SVR report concludes, the same cannot be said about many still free and independent American news outlets, including the Western Rifle Shooters Association (WRSA) which in giving their thoughts as to why this massacre took place simply stated:
“WACO PD have not been very friendly towards bikers and the FEDS TOTALLY despise Bikers! Why? Because we are not afraid of them or their agenda! We are a threat to them! Remember folks we were able to organize in 24 days 800,000 -1.2 million bikers to DC! We did it WITHOUT their permission or support! They even SHUT DOWN the traffic cams…had the news NOT flown over the scene there would have been NO proof that we rode! Yes, folks, like it or not even 1%’s rode with us! They set aside their territories and rode peacefully! JUST like they do at ALL COC meetings!
Bikers stand up to them, to their Christian hate, their muslim agenda and whatever else they want to throw at us! BIKERS ARE PRESENTLY THE BACKBONE of PATRIOT AMERICA! WHAT BETTER WAY TO BRING THEM DOWN THAN WITH BAD PRESS SUCH AS THIS!”
First they came for bikers…

[5/20 Update: HA! The nine casualties died of gunshot wounds, sustained outside the restaurant. No shell casings were found around the bodies. Eight of the nine were Cossacks. The eighteen wounded are not expected to be charged. So much for the narrative that gangs were fighting each other, or that Bandidos were the aggressors.]

It’s described as being a gang shoot-out, but what happened in Waco is still shrouded in the fog of the official POV. Did motorcycle club members shoot at each other? They’re unavailable for interviews, locked up on million dollar bonds. The Twin Peaks restaurant claims the shooting started outside. The only witnesses reaching reporters are the sergeant giving the press briefing and undercover cops purporting to describe the tensions between the “gangs”. By my reading, informant provocateurs incited trouble by “rocking” patches which claimed the territory of “Texas” for the Cossacks Motorcycle Club.
Something like three dozen undercover officers were monitoring the usually uneventful bi-monthly meeting of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents, in anticipation that the “Texas” patch would offend the Bandidos MC. They were able to respond within 45 seconds of the alleged altercation. What might have been an unremarkable barroom brawl, if even that was not contrived, turned into an ambush that killed nine and wounded eighteen. Zero officers were hit and I will bet every bullet was theirs.
Let’s say the melee happened as the police and media describe. Why the blackout on the club affiliations? Why are the 170 arrestees being detained on a million dollar bond each? Why aren’t reporters challenging the police narrative? Witnesses assert that at least four of the dead were killed by police. How long before we learn how many undercover officers had fired their guns?
The media is making much of the anticipation that fellow gang members are converging on Texas to avenge their comrades. I think the police know that it’s themselves who are the targets of the bikers’ vengeance.
No doubt one can say the bikers were not boy scouts, but have you seen the photos? These “gangs” wore their colors, in this case patches, like boy scout badges. And everyone in uniform creased jeans and leather vests as tidy as bowling shirts. Did you see the mugshots? If you look past the long hair and tattoos you’ll note everyone is clean shaven. This was a Sunday outing. These are family men and women, not gang members. The Cossacks are a “Harleys Only” motorcycle club for God’s sake!
Police aren’t naming the “gangs” involved in what’s being called the “Waco Shoot-out”. Because they are motorcycle clubs, for one, and because the only gang deserving of the notoriety is really the police.

NOTES 5/20:
Names of 9 dead. All killed by gunshot wounds, all outside the restaurant: COSSACKS MC ROAD CAPTAIN Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, of Waco TX; COSSACKS MC ROAD CAPTAIN Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, of Arlington TX; COSSACKS MC SERGEANT AT ARMS Richard Vincent Kirschner Jr., 47, of Kylie TX; COSSACKS MC Matthew Mark Smith, 27, of Keller TX, formerly of Scimitars; COSSACKS MC Charles Wayne Russell, 46, of Tyler TX; COSSACKS MC Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, of Ranger TX; Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, of New Braunfels TX; Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, of Pasadena, TX; and BANDIDOS MC Manuel Isaac Rodriguez, 40, of Allen TX.

A new report by the ATF says Outlaw MCs have infiltrated Law Enforcement and Military everywhere:

Leaked Report Reveals Many Cops Are Members of Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs

A newly-leaked report has revealed that there is a startling number of police officers who are members of “outlaw motorcycle gangs.”

The report says that among the numerous members of law enforcement agencies personally involved with such motorcycle clubs, there are also nuclear power plant technicians, senior military officers, FBI contractors and an employee of “a highly-secretive Department of Defense agency” who has a Top Secret clearance who are legitimate, off-duty members of these gangs.

The report cites over 100 individuals with sensitive military and government connections that are being investigated for their connection to these groups, in spite of their day jobs which would seem to preclude their involvement in any “outlaw” organization. The report calls them “Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs” or “OMGs”.

The lengthly Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives report was released long before the recent deadly Texas shootout that killed nine on May 17th.

The report documented the involvement of U.S. military personnel and government employees, particularly law enforcement officers in outlaw motorcycle gangs. A copy of the report (see below) was originally obtained by The Intercept.

The report detailed that officers are involved in these groups, as are members of “every part of the military.”

Not only that, members of federal law enforcement agencies are also members of these groups, and many have Secret or Top Secret clearances.

“The OMG community continues to spread its tentacles throughout all facets of government,” the report states.

The relationship between OMGs and law enforcement has come under scrutiny after it became known that law enforcement were on site in Waco bracing for conflict.

The 40-page report, “OMGs and the Military 2014,” was penned by the BATF’s Office of Strategic Intelligence and Information, last July. It specifically warned of escalating violence, stemming from what it called “their insatiable appetite for dominance has led to shootings, assaults and malicious attacks across the globe. OMGs continue to maim and murder over territory.”

So why would so many members of law enforcement be involved in organizations characterized in these terms?

The report forewarned of incidences like what recently occurred in Waco, suggesting that “as tensions escalate, brazen shootings are occurring in broad daylight.”

But the report did not seem to interpret why so many members of law enforcement themselves were involved, even while noting concern over it.

The report noted that OMGs “continue to court active-duty military personnel and government workers, both civilians and contractors, for their knowledge, reliable income, tactical skills and dedication to a cause.”

It added that, “through our extensive analysis, it has been revealed that a large number of support clubs are utilizing active-duty military personnel and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) contractors and employees to spread their tentacles across the United States.”

An ATF spokesperson responded to questions about the report, saying, “this was supposed to be solely a law enforcement tool to help fight violent crime.”

In other words, we were never supposed to have seen it.
The ATF spokesperson added that, “it was not supposed to be out there in the ether for general consumption.”

Read the full report that “was not supposed to be out there” for you to see…

First they came for bikers…

Police in Waco say the melee involved five gangs, including the Bandidos and the Cossacks, who clashed at a weekend recruiting event. The FBI says on its organized crime Web page that the Bandidos is one of the largest outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs) in the USA, with about 900 members and 93 chapters. The group itself says it has over 200 chapters with more than 2,500 members in 16 countries.

The FBI says OMGs such as the Bandidos "pose a serious national domestic threat." It defines them as "organizations whose members use their motorcycle clubs as conduits for criminal enterprises" including drug trafficking, cross-border drug smuggling, prostitution and human trafficking. More than 300 OMGs are active in the USA, it says, coordinating smuggling operations with "major international drug-trafficking organizations."

The FBI says the Bandidos "are involved in transporting and distributing cocaine and marijuana and are involved in the production, transportation and distribution of methamphetamine." The group is most active in the Pacific, Southeastern, Southwestern and the West Central regions of the USA.

It's becoming clear that the local police messed up. When they start trying to stop information from getting out, that says they have something to hide:

As the Texas shootout that killed nine motorcyclists fades from national headlines, local newspapers and a few larger media organizations have broken a series of small stories that prompted one alert Houston Press journalist to predict,“in the coming years, the Waco authorities' handling of the Twin Peaks biker gang shootout will become a textbook example of how not to handle an emergency situation.”

Two weeks later, Waco authorities still aren’t telling how many of the dead bikers were shot by police officers, how many cops fired their weapons, or how many total rounds they discharged.

Yahoo News filed public records requests to try to learn more, but reported last night that Waco authorities have asked state officials for permission to withhold documents.

Police haven’t released any video of the shoot-out to the public.

But a few news outlets have seen footage from one security camera. The New York Daily News sums up part of it: “Most of the leather-clad patrons ran away from the shooting or ducked under tables to dodge violence, video showed. Some bikers tried to direct other people to safety. One camera angle showed people piling into the men’s bathroom for cover. When there was no more room left, the bikers dashed toward the kitchen.” That doesn’t much sound like everyone present was conspiring to fight.

If they did nothing wrong (and that's possible) they are doing the worst possible thing; hiding what actually happened will always be interpreted has covering up wrongdoing.

It's not surprising. Human nature. Most likely, the chief of police got a look at the videos, and panicked. Which, I think, is why he tried to shut it all down, and hide everything. No matter what happens now, he's the bad guy.

Compare to that episode in McKinney, Texas, where a cop went berserk, pulled a gun on unarmed teens in swimsuits, and manhandled a 15 yo girl who had committed no crime at all.

The chief stepped up, acknowledged the situation, admitted that one of his officers was "out of control", and behaved "inexcusably." He then pointed out that the other officers (eventually 11 others) acted as they were trained to do, and abused no one. One video clearly shows two other officers trying to calm the other one down, and when a kid comes up and hands one officer the flashlight he dropped, the officer thanked him and calmly told him how he should leave the area.

The chief covered up nothing, blamed no one else, and connected with the parents and pastors of the children who were abused. And the community applauded him.

Two diametrically different ways of dealing with embarrassing situations. One thing is for sure; the McKinney police chief is going to still have his job six months from now.

Out of control law enforcement killing people in Waco and then trying to cover it up?

Gosh, glad something like that's never happened before.

One thing I tried to copy/paste and I do not know why it didn't work

"Did you see the mugshots? All of the bikers were clean-shaven"

Absolutely not true.

I am from Waco -- 175 mugshots were in the local paper -- all were white -- all had more or less "Duck Dynasty" beards

I was teased afterwards by family members of having a "Biker Beard"

which I considered shaving mine off after this incident -- which I have not done.

I point out this "small discrepancy" because in my life I have noted that

IF A REPORT GETS ONE THING WRONG

THEY LIKELY GET MORE THAN THAT WRONG

As to the major premise of the OP -- I can neither confirm nor deny -- but 177 people jailed at ONE MILLION DOLLARS BOND -- jeez -- that bond amount sounds excessive

I never saw ANY report here that there were "1000 weapons" found

300 was always the max number of "weapons" reported; of which no specifications of FIREARMS vs WEAPONS was ever given

it seems one report said 175 FIREARMS -- 300 total WEAPONS (which could mean some were knives)

All I am saying is some of the articles have BOGUS INFORMATION

the bikers were most definitely NOT "all clean shaven"

this is a small detail -- but is a case of a REPORT being "caught in a lie"

(ALL pictured in the local paper were heavily-bearded WHITE guys --
one black guy subsequently was pictured)

The rapidity in which 177 people were ALL given

"1 million dollars bond"

seems very strange -- and lends credence to the idea that there was some sort of "gunning for" these bikers as the OP suggests

It's odd indeed that the videos of the incident have been seized and hidden from the public. Police quickly release videos if they fit the police version of the incident.

So there's a growing suspicion that they are hiding something. Likewise, it's odd that they aren't revealing what sort of rounds caused those deaths and woundings.

If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding it?

After all, nine people were killed and 18 wounded. If it had been up to me, any bail would have been revoked.

If it had been normal, 70% of those obviously not involved
would have been released and/or charged with realistic offences,
like 'possession of concealed weapon' (i.e., pocket knife), or
conspiracy to cause a disturbance / unlawful gathering.

Most of these people will now lose their jobs because of delays in processing.
To say nothing of having their friends gunned down by morons in uniform,
after plainclothes crowd inciters started an 'incident'.

once again 'weapon counts' miraculously double, then double again,
even though all arrests and searches would have been finished hours
after the incident.

Guess it took a while to gather up existing caches of weapons seized from
other crimes in other districts.

Especially bail for police officers inciting a riot and committing
premeditated murder in a staged incident.

Lets see the tapes. Or will they have to hire Disney for some CGI first?

It's no different than if it had been Bloods and Crips. The problem isn't racism (although that happens). The problem is that the police decided to hide what actually went on, and you can bet that there's a reason for it.

If the video matched their narrative, you can be sure that it would have been immediatedly released to the media.

There's something on it that they don't want people to see. And most likely, parts of it are going to be gone by the time they get around to releasing it.

it could be the unions are protecting bad cops

It's not the unions who are withholding public information. Police unions are a problem; give anyone unchecked power, and that leads to oppression. But it's the management who are hiding what happened in this case.
