Maybe you'd have more respect if you didn't reject MOST of the
Bible and only cleave to the books of Matthew and Mark? That,
and you despise the Apostle Paul and love the Jehovah Witnesses!

Grosnick in truth is a child of God, we all are, underneath the mantel of that crusty senior crankiness :jeffrson: , he is a good soul, intelligent, faithful to what he thinks is right. My cultist beliefs???? That God is a loving and forgiving Father? That we are Sons of God and can know him personally? That by faith we can realize this ennobling truth? That God is forgiving and wants us to reject our sinful ways and be willing to be lead by him? To dedicate our entire lives to doing his will in the loving service to others?
Why do you despise these central tenants of the UB?
Ya-know, Jesus was despised but he didn't do anything other than present these same kinds of truths. His truth and his Love, Gods Love in him, was a threat to Judaism and their entire sacrificial system.
The apostles were also a threat to the established order, they were considered "cultists" and kooks and crackpots!

It claims that messages were received through a chosen, "human conduit"
while he was in a deep sleep. Those "messages" were meticulously written
down by an ever vigilant secretary! Supposedly, these "messages" were
coming from some "unknown entities" who were making "additions" to the
Holy Scriptures? These 'messages' were turned into a book and gained the
respect and loyalty of a certain group of very naive individuals. I've heard
they now have, at least one million followers (if that's true?) all over the
world!
The Bible was/is inspired by the Holy Spirit and isn't to be "added to." Yet,
the UB is accepted by its followers as an addition to the Scriptures, evidently!

are very naive and oxygen deprived.
