Amen! All the Chosen Elect, the spiritual Seed of Abraham
are heirs with Christ, His Seed, the Sons of God. And so,
they will experimentally partake of His Spirit.

Gal 4:6-7 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son
into your hearts
, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant,
but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Luke 18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect,
which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

Rom. 8:14-17 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received
the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness
with our spirit, that we are the children of God

Col. 1:26-27 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations,
but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the
riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory

~~~~~
Amen, you have received and understood the Truth, thats a Blessing from the Lord !
Saved in the Purpose of God !
Saved in the Purpose of God !
2 Tim 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
Have you noticed the words here saved, called, purpose, and grace in this verse ? Listen, all in the purpose of God, all who had been Chosen in Christ before the foundation Eph 1:4
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Have always been saved from the Eternal Wrath of God, all and any condemnation in the Purpose of God !
Also in the Eternal Purpose of God, they have already been Predestinated, Called, Justified and Glorified, for thats the Immutable Purpose of God, Paul writes of it here Rom 8:28-30
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.2 Tim 1:9
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
This is all made certain and sure in the Eternal Purpose of God in Christ Jesus our Lord Eph 3:11
11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
The same Purpose is meant in the following Rom 8:28;9:11; Eph 3:11; 2 Tim 1:9 !
Those who are saved in the Purpose of God, their Glorification is sure, so even now they are being conformed to the very image of Christ Rom 8:28-30; 2 Cor 3:18
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
So this is a process that must commence in time for all the Predestinated Ones according to the Eternal Purpose of God ! Hence the Whole Election of Grace can say by the Spirit's Testimony 1 Jn 3:2
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
We shall be Like Him, thats the same Hope of the OT Church Saints Ps 17:15
15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.
David was also saved in the Purpose of God !
The Spirits of Just men made perfect !
The Spirits of Just men made perfect !
Heb 12:23
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Who are these men ? These are all men and women who died in Christ, and upon physical death, they become absent from the body and present with the Lord , as the Thief was to be present with Him when he expired from this physical life Lk 23:43
And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
Stephen may have alluded to the same here Acts 7:59
And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
This goes for all men ever who died in Faith, the Church of the Firstborn ! Col 1:15,18
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
The Heart in Rom 10:9-10 !
The Heart in Rom 10:9-10 !
Rom 10:9-10
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Let me start off by saying, by nature here is the indictment against mans heart Jer 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Its by nature deceitful and desperately wicked ! And the word desperately 'anash :
I.to be weak, sick, frail
A.(Qal)
i.to be incurable
ii.to be sick
iii.desperate, incurable, desperately wicked, woeful, very sick (pass participle) (metaph.)
B.(Niphal) to be sick
Its even incurably wicked ! That means that God is done with it , He only gives a New Heart to accomplish His Holy Purposes like Promised here in the New Covenant Ezk 36:26
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Thats why the Heart of Rom 10:9-10 must be a New Heart given by New Birth, a Circumcised Heart Deut 30:6
And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
Rom 2:29
But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Now many religionists make their appeal to this passage as to make it to be setting forth a condition that the natural unregenerate must perform from the heart in order to get God to save them ! But that is a lie in highest magnitude, for nothing about the natural human heart by nature can perform whats being stated here in the texts !
Now understand that the Heart is the seat of our affections, and by nature our affections can only mind the things of nature, the things of the flesh Rom 8:5
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
Who are they after the flesh ? Simple, its any and all who have not been Born Again,
Ishmael represents them born after the flesh Gal 4:23,29
But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
In fact, the principle stated in Rom 8:5 is seen at work in Adam and Eve in the very beginning, when man was most Upright and innocent, yet notice how the Serpent appealed to their natural affections and heart, who can deny that Adam and Eve proved to mind the things of the flesh and how it resulted in death Rom 8:6
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
This proves that their hearts affections were set on things on earth as forbidden in Col 3:2
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
This no man can do with his heart by nature, but yet thats exactly what the Heart in Rom 10:9-10 is doing, so it must be a New Heart after the Spirit !
A World with no sin charged to it !
A World with no sin charged to it !
2 Cor 5:19
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
The World of 2 Cor 5:19 is a World that has no sin charged to it, God in His Eternal Purpose will not impute their sins unto them, in that His Eternal Purpose was set that He would send His Son into the World, to be made under the Law, to obey it, and to die for it as the Propitiation for their sins 1 Jn 4:9-10
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
This sending was predetermined before the foundation, before the World was Created, so then the World never had its sins charged to them, since God had already determined they should be charged to Christ ! This is therefore the World that God Loved in Christ Jn 3:16.
It was always God's Purpose that the Elect World should Live through Christ, Vs 9
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
God's stated Purpose here is that we might Live through or because of Him !
That word through the prep dia means:
(a) gen: through, throughout, by the instrumentality of, (b) acc: through, on account of, by reason of, for the sake of, because of.
Also the word that is the conjunction hina, meaning so that, in order that, for the purpose of,(a subordinating conjunction) – for the purpose that (in order that), looking to the aim (intended result) of the verbal idea. 2443 /hína ("for the purpose that")
That we should Live through Christ, not Adam !
This Purpose ensured that Believers would go unpunished for their sins and the consequences thereof, hence all in that world of 2 Cor 5:19, were never appointed to wrath as some obviously were 1 Thess 5:9 but that they would obtain and experience Salvation in both time and eternity !
Who are the Children here ?
Who are the Children here ?
Heb 2:13-14
13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Who are the Children here ? Why they are the Children of God. For it was the Children of God who partook of flesh and blood and whom Christ came to identify with, for He being their Elder Brother in the Family of Election, and which He is the Son of God, and as such He is the Firstborn of many Brethren Rom 8:29
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Now with this in mind, the Children in the text most certainly cannot be talking about national , ethnic israel, Abraham's physical descendants according to the flesh, because God's Word states of them, they are not the Children of God Rom 9:8
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
The Children are those of Rom 8:29 the many brethren God foreknew and did predestinate to be conformed to the Image of His Son !
Chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4.
Gal. 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed,
The children of Promise, a Spiritual Seed: jews, and mostly gentiles,
Quickened in due time !
Quickened in due time !
Eph 2:1,5
And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
All for whom Christ died, in the purpose of God, they all died with Him 2 Cor 5:14, was buried with Him Rom 6:4 and we were raised together with Him Eph 2:6,
And so as confirmation/evidence of this fact , that in the purpose of God, they were risen together with Him, or quickened together with Him, because His Resurrection is also stated to be a quickening of Him 1 Pet 3:18
18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
The word quickened here is the greek word verb zōopoieō:
I.to produce alive, begat or bear living young
II.to cause to live, make alive, give life
A.by spiritual power to arouse and invigorate
B.to restore to life
C.to give increase of life: thus of physical life
D.of the spirit, quickening as respects the spirit, endued with new and greater powers of life
III.metaph., of seeds quickened into life, i.e. germinating, springing up, growing
And the same word used in Eph 2:5-6 and Col 2:13
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
Understand, when the Spirit quickened Christ from the dead 1 Pet 3:18 together with Him were those He died for quickened also from the dead in Purpose, and so as a confirmation and evidence of this blessed Truth, and of our joint participation in His quickening from the dead, He being the Head, and we being His Body, every member of His Body must experimentally participate in their quickening with Christ in due time, and they will be quickened out of being dead in trespasses and sins, as He was quickened out of being dead for/because of their trespasses and sins, and so we have Eph 2:5; Col 2:13.
Now if the Head be quickened from the dead, but not His Body with all of its members, then His Resurrection was aborted ! And we know that not to be True, so each member of His Body shall experience what Peter wrote here 1 Pet 1:3
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
Because His Resurrection from the dead, was theirs together with Him !
What about being made in the Image and Likeness of God ?
What about being made in the Image and Likeness of God ?
All men in the beginning who were created in the Image and Likeness of God, were predestinated to be conformed to the Image of Christ, the Firstborn Son Rom 8:29
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Those who were created in God's Image would not be confirmed in it until they sinned in Adam, and would be Born Again from above. See in Adam they merely bared the Image of the earthy man by physical birth, but its in their birth from above that they begin to experimentally begin to bear the Image of God, the Heavenly Man and Mediator the Lord Jesus Christ.
For the natural man could never bear the Image of God in a earthy man made out of dust, but only in that Man who was the Man from Heaven 1 Cor 15:47-49
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
Notice Gen 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Now Look at Col 3:10
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
So you see, Its the New Man that finds confirmation into the Image of God of Him that Created Him !
Paul says Two verses Later in Col 3:12
12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
Yes it was the Elect of God who were Created in the Image of God, but its only when they are born again according to God's Redemptive Purpose in Christ, do they begin to truly bear the Image of God as the Spirit changes them into that Image 2 Cor 3:18
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
The Image of God was not in Adam, but in Adams Surety, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God ! When God made Man in His Image it was in view of the Spirits work in them according to 2 Cor 3:18 !
Confession of our sins ensures forgiveness and cleansing !
Confession of our sins ensures forgiveness and cleansing !
1 Jn 1:9
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Did you know that this condition has already been fulfilled for all whom Christ died ? For all their sins have been imputed to Christ, not only their Surety, but also their High Priest. Heb 7:26-28
26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he[Christ the High Priest] offered up himself.
28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
Its said that He is a Faithful High Priest concerning the Things of God Heb 2:17
17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
Now He is a High Priest that has entered into Heaven for us, those He died for Heb 4:14
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Heb 8:1
Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;
Now Aaron was a Type of Christ in that he was the High Priest for the People of God, the House of Israel, and on the great Day of Atonement , the High Priest had a very Solemn duty to perform pertaining to the Things of God, Lev 16:21-22
21 And Aaron[The High Priest] shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:
22 And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
Aaron the High Priest had to confess all the iniquties, transgressions, and sins of the Children of Israel !
Not only was Christ the High Priest, but also the One that bear all their Iniquties charged to them upon Himself Isa 53:6,11-12
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors
And so we perceive that in some unique manner, true to the type, The Great High Priest for the Israel of God has confessed their sins, and is Faithful and Just to forgive them once and for all, and has cleansed them from all Unrighteousness !
By His Blood shed for the Peoples sins they have been cleansed once and for all from the guilt of their sins before God !
Perfectly stated!
We have been totally exonerated; cleared from the guilt of all sin.
That's what our High Priest has accomplished for us. And His Word
has assured us that all things work together for our good!
Rom. 8:28-31 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also
did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn
whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Death by sin !
Death by sin !
All death that men experience, be it physical, spiritual, eternal is due to sin Rom 5:12-14
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
Death reigns in all of its forms [spiritual, physical, and eternal] for one reason, That be Sin !
Because of sin all men are born spiritually dead, alienated from the life of God, However the Good News is that Christ for them He died, took away sin Jn 1:29, Dan 9:24 and for them abolished death 2 Tim 1:10
10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
Note: Christ is not our Saviour if for us He has not abolished Death ! That means He could not have been the Saviour of these Rev 20:13-15
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Jesus was not the Saviour of those whose names were not found in the Book of Life and were cast into the Lake of Fire, because thats the second death !
Those whom Christ died for and abolished death for, death can no longer reign, which means they cannot justly[because of Christ] remain under deaths reign, they cannot remain spiritually dead, physically dead [some will not even die physically 1 Cor 15:51] neither can they partake of the second death; and as it regards spiritual death, because Christ for them has abolished death, they must be made spiritually alive, Christ their Saviour must be unto them a Last Adam and 1 Cor 15:45
And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
Thats because, for those He died for, the sin issue has been dealt with, therefore so has the death issue, so as a evidence of the same, they must be made alive, given life from the spiritual dead ! If that doesnt happen to one sinner Christ died for, He has failed being their Saviour, which we know cannot be the case !
Who is it that has redemption through His Blood ?
Who is it that has redemption through His Blood ?
Eph 1:7
7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Now exactly who is it that has redemption through/on account of His Blood ?
The scripture context here is plain on that, why its those that had been Chosen in Christ the Beloved before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
The Us here in Vs 4 is the We in Vs 7 ! The We have redemption through or because of His Blood !
These would also be the same ones that are objects of redemption here Lk 1:68
68 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people,
Now who can prove that redemption here is any different than redemption in Eph 1:7 ? And who can prove that His People are any different than the people Chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world ! So all who were Chosen in Christ before the foundation, were the ones to be redeemed by His Blood in time !
A great sin by freewillers !
A great sin by freewillers !
One of the greatest sins against Christ in the religious today is this:
They make the efficacy of Christ's Death, by which its purpose is to actually save sinners from their sins Matt 1:21
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.
To redeem them from all iniquity Titus 2:14
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
They however make the efficacy of Christ's Death to effect this, to depend on the will of man, they also teach that men determine if Christ's blood is effectual to produce positive Saving results; hence they teach that men lost in sin, determines the effectiveness of the Cross of Christ, which is as blasphemous and antichrist as it gets !
