Do you deny Christ had faith?

Christ is God. God is faithfulness. Jesus Christ manifested this Godly attribute in His flesh.

Do you deny he received the promise of the Spirit?

Christ IS God. God IS Spirit. Jesus Christ did not have to be given, what HE IS.

You reveal a glaring ignorance of the attributes of God, which were manifested in this world, through the Incarnation of the Christ.

Baloney.

Was Christ the seed to whom the promise was made?
Did he receive the promise of the Spirit?
How is the promise of the Spirit received?

You keep running, but the scripture won't allow you.

How was it promised to Abraham?

No response.

Failure to confess Christ's full Manhood is the heresy of Docetism.

Well, Ms Pilate, your "friend" Herod Tet. Craigie, denies that the Lord Jesus Christ is a man right now. Do you? If you don't, "call him out" on it.

I thought so-as long as he is not one of those meanie "MAD-ists," right, toots?

You change the subject.

The subject of Gal 3 is the promise of the Spirit.

Did Christ receive the Spirit?

There won't be a response.

Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made.

What was promised to Abraham and Christ?

No response.

So, Christ didn't receive the Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ.

They are One God with the Father.

You are posting the heresy of Arianism, declaring Christ to be a man that needed to receive the Spirit.

This is denial of the Deity of Jesus Christ as being fully God.

Terrible thinking and posting from which you must repent.

Promises (Plural)

Did Christ receive the promise (singular) of the Spirit.

No response.

The singular promise is what accomplishes everything. The singular promise is the Holy Spirit. How does this relate to what was promised to Abraham. It is by being born of the Spirit that we become related to Abraham spiritually through Christ.

What was promised to Abraham and Christ?

You've really got no idea, have you?

The subject of Gal 3 is the promise of the Spirit.

Yes . . to the spiritual seed of Christ.

Did Christ receive the Spirit?

Christ IS the Spirit.

You are claiming a man had to receive God to become God. That is nuts.

Neither can you claim God had to receive God to become God. That is worse.

You are not comprehending the teaching of Galatians 3 at all.

Becoming a tough guy?

I stick to the subject, like saint john w, the Great.

Did Christ receive the promise of the Spirit?

What is the purpose of our receiving the Spirit compared to Christ?
John the Baptist received the Spirit. Did he receive the promise to Abraham?

You need to start thinking this through.

When I say that you really have no clue, you don't know what was promised to Abraham and Christ.

You've no idea.

No. Never did He receive the Spirit. Neither did Jesus.

Jesus ministered in the Power of the Holy Spirit, but this is not what Paul is talking about in Gal 3. Jesus said, "if I cast out spirits by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you".

The promise to Abraham and Christ is talking about the Spirit of adoption. Becoming Sons of God and Abraham by regeneration through faith in Christ.

STP is is missing this completely, and this implies that Jesus needed regeneration, making him ...well....only human at birth.
