It's almost impossible to define "best". So I asked myself which comedies can I watch over and over and never get bored. I came up with this list.

-The Holy Grail (We are the Knights who say "Ni!")
-Major League (Harris with a Vaseline ball...)
-Trading Places (Yeeeeah! The phone in the limo's busted. What is ya, ignorant?)
-Airplane! (No, I am serious. And please don't call me Shirley)

Guy with Secret Kung-Fu and Evil Cult are hilarious. They're old kung-fu movies, not comedies. That said, they'll make you laugh harder than any comedy, they're darned bad. For some reason, many of the Chinese people in "Guy with Secret Kung-fu" have Enlighsman and cowboy accents. (You can find "Guy with Secret Kung Fu" in full on youtube.)

Commando with Arnold Schwarzenegger -That is hands down the most hysterically funny piece of cinema I have ever seen...

Spaceballs

Monty Python: The Quest for the Holy Grail

And the movies with my favorite policeman, Frank Drebin in The Naked Gun. It is so bad it is funny.
