“The drama of creation begins with a scene in which the first Adam takes a step that Ieads all his posterity into ruin and death. It closes with a vision in which the last Adam presents to the Father, as a fruit of His Cross and Throne, a universe of beings delivered from sin and death, and worshipping in adoring wonder at His feet. This is the “purpose of the ages.” (Eph. 3:11). This is the goal of creation. Then will Christ see of the travail of His soul and be SATISFIED.” -A.E. Saxby-

    Romans 5:18,19

"For as by one man’s disobedience polus were made sinners,

    SO

by the obedience of One shall polus be made righteous.

Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound/pleonazo.

    BUT

But where sin pleonazo (ed), grace did much more abound/huperperisseuo (ed)"

Jesus Christ the predestined Lord of the Universe meets pleonazo with huperperisseuo!

Sin abounds: His grace abounds beyond measure!

Sin abounds: His grace abounds exceedingly!

Sin abounds: His grace overflows the banks!

The Scope Of Adam one: Pleonazo

    Pleonazo=

To superabound/ to exist in abundance.

To increase/ be augmented/ to make increase.

The Reconciliation Of Jesus Christ: Combination Of Huper+Perisseuo

    Huper=

In behalf of/ For the sake of.

    Over/ beyond/ more than.

    More/ Beyond/ Over.

    Perisseuo=

To exceed a fixed number of measure.

To be left over and above a certain number or measure.

    To be over/ to remain.

To exist or be at hand in abundance.

    To be great (abundant)

A thing which comes in abundance, or overflows unto one.

Something falls to the lot of one in large measure.

To redound unto, turn out abundantly for, a thing.

    To abound, overflow.

To be abundantly furnished with, to have in abundance.

    Abound, to be in affluence.

    To be pre-eminent, to excel.

To excel more than. To exceed.

    To make to abound.

To furnish one richly so that he has abundance.

    To make abundant or excellent.

    Huper & Perisseuo= Huperperisseuo=

    Huperperisseuo=

To abound beyond measure/ abound exceedingly.

    To overflow/ to enjoy abundantly.

    Perisseuo Rooted In Perissos

    Perissos=

Exceeding some number or measure or rank or need.

Over and above, more than is necessary, super-added.

    Exceeding abundantly, supremely.

Something further/ more/ much more than all/ more plainly.

    Superior, extraordinary, surpassing, uncommon.

Pre-eminence, superiority, advantage, more eminent, more remarkable, more excellent.

Assuredly the Bible is not the story of sin, deepening into eternal ruin, of God’s Son, worsted in His utmost effort; it is from the opening to the close the story of grace stronger than sin–of life victorious over every form of death–of God triumphing over evil.

    His grace superabounds!

Rom 5:18-19 only applies to the elect Rom 8:33. Jesus is plain that few find life by Him Matt 7:14

14 because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

You are resisting the word of God !

beloved57: You must try and pay attention!

You failed to place the entire discourse of St. Peter before us and actually think for a nano second "especially" means "only".

    Your Bible lesson for today=

    Especially= malista

    Malista=

    Most of all.

    Above all.

    Chiefly.

    Superlative of mala.

    mala= very much

    Only=

    Monos= alone/ solitary

    Monon= Exclusively

That applies to the elect. The word especially in 1 Tim 4:10 specifies specifically who God in Christ is Saviour unto, those that believe. Its the greek word malista which also means and what you neglected to show in the definition :

mal'-is-tah; neuter plural of the superlative of an apparently primary adverb μάλα mála (very); (adverbially) most (in the greatest degree) or particularly:—chiefly, most of all, (e-)specially.

    Particularly means:

so as to give special emphasis to a point; specifically.
So again that verse does you no Good, it in fact condemns your ungodly belief. Again Jesus says few find Life through Him Matt 7:14

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

You are not paying attention to Jesus Christ, what a pitty !

    Correct!

You will note that malista is not monon or monos!

Saint beloved57 version of St. Paul's scope of salvation=

God is the Saviour of some mankind (only the elect), monon those that believe/ trust in Him. Command this and teach this.

"All mankind" is NOT some of mankind.

    All= pas= the radical all

God is the Saviour of all mankind with a special emphasis upon the elect,

God is not the Saviour of only/monon the elect: He is the Saviour of the radical all of mankind.

False teaching, Jesus said few will find life through Him Matt 7:14 and Paul specified who God is Saviour to in 1 Tim 4:10 not all mankind but specifically believers. And Believers are only the Elect, or Sheep,

The word especially in 1 Tim 4:10

For therefor we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.

Its a adverb which function is to be a modifier. In 1 Tim 4:10 it modifies exactly who God is A Saviour to, them that believe.

This agrees with Paul when He wrote this:

    1 Cor 1:21

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
"... I have my own private opinion that there is no such a thing as

Your sainthood has been greatly diminished! Evidently English is not your native tongue, & koine is not anything you care to explore.

    https://www.biblestudytools.com/1-ti...0-compare.html

What part of the following escapes your grasp?

"who is the Saviour of all men"

    "the savior of all people"

"who is the deliverer of all humanity"

"who is the Savior of everyone"

"who is the Savior of all "

God is not the Saviour of only/monon the elect: He is the Saviour of the radical all of mankind.

    Furthermore:

He is the "deliverer of all humanity".

Would you like to know the koine for deliverer, beloved57?

Amen Brother, and Thanking God for your persistent Preaching of the Truth !

It's only the Few, or a Chosen Remnant of mankind, that God, as a Gift of His Grace, has He placed on that narrow road Mat. 7:14.

And they find it by the Sovereign Gift of God, having been predestinated to the adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ.

    Eph. 1:4-7

    4 According as he hath chosen us [His Sheep] in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

However, all others [goats] have been placed on the broad way that leadeth to destruction Mat. 7:13 !

Mat. 25:31-34; 41, 46 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
My soul thirsts for God, the God Who Lives Forever:
when shall I be brought in to see His Face? -Psalm 42:2

Dear Nanja: The subject of this thread is regarding limited atonement aka, few individuals knowing salvation now or ever (non elect).

There is a rule on this web site that forbids link dropping. If you go to a search engine, take a small boo at the picture in the early Christian catacombs. You will find the Master of Reconciliation carrying (gasp) a young goat.

Do you know the five qualifications for "everlasting punishment" according to the context of St. Matt. 25?

beloved57: Are you aware the Master of Reconciliation spoke things that totally evaded His chosen ones? And yes, He had "many" things to yet speak, but at that moment "you are not able to bear."

You are hung up with St. Matthew 7:14. Tomorrow when your mind is well rested, we will hopefully examine the remnant of His grace.

There is a rule on this web site that forbids link dropping. If you go to a search engine, take a small boo at the picture in the early Christian catacombs. You will find the Master of Reconciliation carrying (gasp) a young goat.

Evasion of truth and rabbit trail. Few find life in Christ Matt 7:14!

preaching Christ and him crucified, unless you preach what now-a-days is
called Calvinism. I have my own ideas, and those I always state boldly. It is
a nickname to call it Calvinism; Calvinism is the gospel, and nothing else."
