Your fairy tale is not supported by scripture and you pervert scripture to try to make it agree with you.

Ho hum. I guess you need a scripture that says the law has been abolished for the Christian. Ephesians 2:15 say it very plainly, also 2 Corinthians 3:13.

Common sense should tell you that the law has been abolished for Christians. Where there is law there is judgment and condemnation.

Yeah, the way I read it, it's not the law that's dead---it's us.
"Those who believe in Christ" are all the Christians, Catholic or not.

Yup...once we have faith we are to be saved and can be saved by Him we just obey and then we are covered and then His wrath passes over...

Just like when they believed obeyed and were saved and then given the Law in Exodus...

Of course some disobeyed...not wanting to do all the Law...even claiming authority to change it...

Another of your LOGICAL FALLACIES .... the appeal to "common sense".... by which, of course, this means whatever YOU believe.

LOL...yup...poor Bob does all this to avoid the seventh day Sabbath and to eat bacon...

To maintain the Jewish lie that Stephen and Paul taught He DID abolish the law...

You need help, perverter of the gospel of Christ, as no sane person, would say the below, unless he/she is demon possessed, or intoxicated, or has dementia, or is a habitual liar:

    Why Robert?

Your “do what thou whilst” drove them away?

I like to try to follow the law if applicable but not for salvation.

Do you return to Jerusalem three times a year to observe the feasts?

What is "applicable" in the law today?

Following the law for any reason will bring you under the curse, Galatians 3:10.

How about the law to love God with all your heart, soul, and might? Or to love your neighbor as yourself?

Just 10 9 of the Laws...

no wait just two...”Love God”...”and others as yourself”...

Like muslims do or Buddhists...or any religious person is to live...just be kind...charity...humble...

Even atheists love...so that’s it then...LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED...

That OT law certainly was destroyed though...no wait except for 9 of the 10...

Ok so just 1 of the 10 laws from the OT was destroyed...9 remain

No no wait...tithing too...oh and the dont eat blood or kill by strangulation...

Apparently if you dont strangle a pig and drain its blood it is NOW clean to eat...

But yes that 1 law of the 10 is definitely destroyed and not at all applicable...
