Romans 13's The Powers That Be?

Man o man when the following individual (Pastor Rodney Beaulieu) is off (which is often) boy is he off.

In the following, study "Who Are The Powers That Be?" he sets out to prove that Romans 13 is NOT talking about Human Government.

Only to end up often proven off, by many of the very passages he cites in supposed support of his view.

Only to also end up proving that he is off simply because he failed to consider his conclusions in light of other passages in Scripture, that might have easily shown him why he is off.

In all areas of life, it is often the case that both where one looks at, is looking at, or has looked at a thing from, as well as where one has failed to, will greatly influence both what one sees, and what one has failed to.

One means of achieving a closer alignment between the two is to repeatedly ask oneself the question "what might be possible holes in my conclusion; what might I have failed to much more fully consider?"

Until that question exhausts all possible considerations.

Be it as to one's own, or another's conclusion.

Romans 13 is about the rulers that God set up to lead the church the body of Christ.

God ordained his son to be the head of the body.

Underneath the lord Jesus the anointed we have the ministries of apostles prophets evangelists pastors and teachers as well others who God appoints to lead the church
