Yeah, but we can't take credit for that can we?

We have the Father as Jesus.

We are all sons of God.

    He's our Father.

Salvation is open to none after they die. This is your one chance, and I sure wouldn't be counting on your righteousness were I you.

Where is your scripture for those off the wall assumptions?

There are many churches, but only one body of Christ.

Indeed....whether law or grace, faith gives us the victory.

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

    WHAT?

The penalty for sin is just that. The penalty.

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

They died in their sins....death did not rid them of anything except life.

Nope, you'll have to look past the law for any mercy and grace.

No, but I do like edifying encouragement along the way.

There are two deaths. There is physical death where a person stops breathing.

And there is destruction of the soul from which there is no recovery.

It is appointed for mortals to die once and then be judged.

Death is the penalty for sin and once that penalty is paid the debt is cleared.

If that was true, Jesus had no need to come, did He?

Read what you wrote, and then tell me where your proof is.

There is some serious extrapolating going on there.

Did you leave out some words, or perhaps add something to what is written that isn't there?

Believers are sons by adoption. All men are children of our Creator God. You've gone way past those basic facts, into the land of imagination.

What about the church in the wilderness?

Acts 7:38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:

We have assemblies made up of both saved and unsaved.

Clearly, not all in the visible church assembly are in the body of Christ.

Jesus' death did two things, it provided reconciliation with the Father for mankind.

It also provided the blood for the Passover for firstborn sons of God.

    Jesus is our Passover Lamb.
