Need to drop about 5 pounds. Dr. Bingo said I should play five sheets instead of my usual three.
    So, what?

    believe it!

Careful with them pain management solutions, saint john. They will have you parked on the couch like a zombie, binge watching The Rockford Files.

Do you not have a squat rack? Are you power cleaning the bar and doing squats from there? Muscle man! Just sayin,' there's no way you're pulling 290 on deadlifts but can only do 100 on squats.

Exactly, no squat rack! I have to clean the weight and put it on my back before I squat. I don't feel safe doing more than 100 pounds or so.

My weight set is only 300 pounds total. So, yeah, I've been pulling 290 for a few reps.
I think I can do significantly more. But not as much as saint john w the great, who once pulled
827 pounds at a body weight of 172.222

Awoke at 9:30 this morning. Lifted my arm, to fetch the coffee can. Poured 4 tablespoons, in strict motion, into reliable "Mr. Coffee." Jogged to couch. Waited for coffee to brew. Walked strictly back to fetch said coffee. Ate 3 "Mr. Cookie Bars." Went outside, and drop kicked the neighborhood stray, stupid cat.

    Returned home.

    Took a nap.
