This was a big scam problem that was easy to accomplish because there is no real control of checking and double checking of every vote before it is accepted and counted as a legitimate vote from a legitimate voter.
So it's going to continue to be a scam problem at every election.
You can't trust the people counting the votes because they will purposely let votes slide on through, and you can't trust computerized systems because they can be manipulated.
It's hard to see how we will can ever have a trustworthy election again.
