  • I think it's well on its way...in the old days I would regularly add all sorts of things, theme my page for a week or two at a time. It's one reason if you look at the visitors number there you'll note it's higher than my cumulative posts. But in more recent times I restricted access and even when I lifted that I'd lost most of the taste for fiddling with it except on the rare off instance, as the mood attended.
It is indeed. But an up beat blue...and one of my old avatars floating about. :) Doing fine. Walking carefully, listening more. You?
We concur that one universal reality IS. everything 'else' is but a de-scription of it :) - so much can get 'lost in transation',....since perception includes 'distortion'.
I coordinated our older Hinduism thread,...it was a long one, we did commentary on the Bhagavad Gita there and some of the Vedas. I had a 'Taoism' thread too...almost finished commentary on the Tao Te Ching. Bahai some lovely stuff too, I enjoy commentaries on 'The Hidden Words'. Many of my older threads were deleted in the last system upgrade. I do wonder if the trolls will stop infiltrating these new threads...that would be lovely if they stayed out, unless to engage real discussion. Real dialogue is kinda rare in some parts.
You may know I'm usually sourced in a much deeper prior reality, than all this 'theology' business, the non-dual absolute reality, at the heart of all, being all, including all, yet also transcending all. I'll probably make a new 'non-duality' thread soon, with all the great masters of this traditions, synthesizing them beautifully into one, since all point to the reality prior to mind, and its concepts. Zazen! :)
Thanks Lev, the UB will be a teaching experience for many here. I'll be engaging the forum with new threads and subjects just as well, if the UB thread was allowed here or not, but its a religious text of epochal significance. Its just sad that so much bigotry and ignorance prevails. Debate can be done respectfully, but such requires the proper learning and information for one to engage in such. That's beyond some trolls around here. Life goes on.....some learn late.
First and foremost, a relationship with our Creator. Second, if it fits His plan, a companion to be fruitful and multiply with. Third, the fellowship of your brothers and sisters in Christ. In truth, God is in all of that, as you know. :) So I guess it always goes back to the first and foremost. I think that if we listen to the still small voice, if there seems to be a gap of loneliness in our lives, He will fill it, and we can expect him to because it is His will that we are not alone. That's one of the first principles set out in scripture: "It's not good for man to be alone." God bless you, sister.
I would be honored to have you! At this point the second video (see post #109) may be more helpful than the first. It is less theological and more about the practical side ~ although I see AMR just hopped on. It may get really deep really fast, who knows!
Thank you, Levolor. You're very kind, and I appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Happy Easter to you, I hope you're doing well. :)
:D Thanks. It's been a great day so far. Steak for lunch, a helpful photography book and Jack singing happy birthday.
It would appear that we already are.:) Thank you for stopping by. I used to be a regular here, but the circumstances of life has drawn me away often. A few of my better friends here are elohiym, Town, annabenedetti, Kmoney, Arthur Brain, and Selaphiel...and I know I'm leaving a few out. But, I say all that to say that I'm glad to make your acquaintance as well.:)
The paranoid face in the chatroom was playing off the idea of Anna having psychological insight into posters. Or were you playing along?
