Murder, Abortion, and the Abortionist.

The facts are important. When an abortion takes place, it is murder. The abortionist has murdered and should be tried for murder. The Mother of the unborn child that was murdered may also be guilty of murder, if she agreed to have an abortion. The Father may be guilty of murder as well, if she has had an abortion with his consent or agreement. Indifference is not an excuse. Between Father and Mother the unborn child that is aborted has been murdered by one or both of the parents and the abortionist. They should all be tried and punished for murder by the death penalty. This is God's Law.

Shalom.

Jacob when do you believe life begins?

Did Adam have a body prior to becoming a "living soul"?
Does a body have a "soul" prior to taking its "first breath"?

You state that "life begins" at conception
You state that "life begins" in the womb
You state that "life begins" at birth
Which is it??

Is a zygote a "living soul"?
Is a fetus a "living soul"?

I do not use the terms zygote or fetus. From conception the life that exists is yet unborn until birth.

You are incorrect, biologically speaking. If you are making a metaphysical argument, that's one thing but from the moment of conception a new human is created. All humans are most certainly 'alive' from the moment of conception.

im just going by what i read in the bible and that whole "breath of life" thing.

They are biologically "alive", but they are not necessarily spiritually "alive" until their first breath.

Torah: Exodus 21:22
“When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that she has a miscarriage, but there is no additional harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman’s husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine."
No "Murder" involved in causing a miscarriage (spontaneous "abortion").

So, when is the soul created?
A human being is created at conception. He (or she) has a full set of genetic code, and is completely different than his (or her) mother.

Body, soul, and spirit are created at conception.

Is the "soul" merely a "genetic code"? Do animals have "souls"?
Did Adam's created body have a "soul" or was it provided later?

Some dogs have souls. Cats do not, but cats don't really care.
Adam's body was fully developed before he received his soul.
He received his soul with his first breath. Having a God-given soul
differentiates humans from animals.
