I love trying to distill Christian concepts to their most basic form to gain insights into why God does things the way He does. I always assume that anything which makes God look bad is wrong and requires further thought. I don't believe that there's anything can't be answered by Christianity, that all answers lead to God and that the only rational conclusion is Jesus is exactly who the bible says He is. I know that God loves me. I love God but more importantly to me I like God. To me the difference between love and like is the difference between who a person is and what a person does. Love defines who they are and what they can do. Like defines what a person chooses to do.
