Do you feel you'll make it to Heaven? If so, why?
How do you know you are saved and can you lose it?
What have you done to receive eternal life?

Grosnick Marowbe

Did Christ die for ALL of man's sins?
Must you confess every sin in order to go to Heaven?
Must you forgive everyone in order to go to Heaven?
Do you believe in Once saved always saved?

In order to "listen to God" we must read and study His Word, the Holy Bible.

I heard the "Grace Message" (Paul's Gospel) many years ago
and placed my faith in Christ as my Savior. I was then sealed,
indwelt, and baptized, (not by water) into the Body of Christ by
the Holy Spirit. How about you?

Grosnick Marowbe

I personal "Testimony of our faith" is extremely important. 1 Peter 3:15 states:
"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an
answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with
meekness and fear:"

It seems most on TOL are unable or unwilling to give
such a Testimony. Either they don't know how to
articulate what they believe or they're not a "True
Believer" in God's Grace towards man.

Some sound verses:
Ephesians 2:8 states, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:"
Romans 10:9 states, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
Hebrews 11:6 states: "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."

the roman catholic church, the only one Christ established

all others founded by man

Your church isn't a pass given to you in order for you to
enter eternal life. Don't depend on your church when
you're standing before God at the judgment.

The "unsaved" will stand before God to be judged.

Revelation 20:12 states, "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

These are the unsaved and they will be judged and cast into
"The Lake of Fire."

The "Body of Christ" will not be judged at this Judgment seat. The
Body of Christ will be rewarded for the things they did while in the
flesh, whether they be good or bad. However, there is no judgment,
punishment or condemnation that they will face. Why? Because
the Body of Christ have the righteousness of Christ! Christ Himself
will officiate on this occasion.

Will you have your Church back you up at the Judgement seat?

Grosnick Marowbe

1) Church affiliation cannot save you.
2) Water baptism cannot save.
3) The Pope and Priests cannot save.
4) Prayers to Mary cannot save.
5) The Rosary cannot save.
6) The idols cannot save
7) Your saints cannot save.
8) Repetitious prayers cannot save.

Only God's Grace through our individual faith has the ability to save. You're
not a member of the Body of Christ, you have not the Holy Spirit dwelling
in you, you are not sealed by the Holy Spirit therefore, you're headed for
judgment and the Lake of Fire if you don't become a child of God.

She is counting on her Catholic church for her eternal destiny. Wrong choice.

Grosnick Marowbe

The Catholic church or any Protestant church doesn't have the power to save you.
If you're counting on your church, you're in trouble. Salvation is between you and
God. Not you, and your church.

We can do more than one thing. The first order of business will be to get on ones knees and offer thanks and praise for the grace we sure as hell didn't deserve.

After that maybe I will light up an Oliva.

Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Ephesians 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

because you believe not and are blinded?

2 Corinthians 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

In order to "listen to God" we must read and study His Word, the Holy Bible.

Have you studied the following words spoken by the Lord Jesus to those who live under the law?:

"Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life" (Jn.5:24).

In this verse the Greek word translated "believes" and the Greek word translated "has" are both in the "present" tense.

In The Blue Letter Bible we read the following meaning of the present tense:

"The present tense represents a simple statement of fact or reality viewed as occurring in actual time. In most cases this corresponds directly with the English present tense."

Therefore, John 5:24 is saying that those who were believing at the time the Lord Jesus spoke those words had already received eternal life. That is what is meant as something being "viewed as occuring in actual time."

So once an Israelite who lived under the Law believed he received eternal life. Anything which happens to them after they believed cannot contribute in any way to their receiving eternal life.

Do you think that the Jews who lived under the law received eternal life the moment when they believed? If not then please give me your interpretation of the meaning of this verse:

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (Jn.3:16).

What's your way?

By trusting Jesus and our Father and submitting to the Holy Spirit not the law.

"But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and it's end is eternal life." Romans 6:22

The only thing one has to offer God, is their faith. God does the rest.

I said
You will never get to heaven on faith alone. Not even if you had enough faith to move a mountain.

1 Cor 13:2
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

Do you feel you'll make it to Heaven? If so, why?
How do you know you are saved and can you lose it?
What have you done to receive eternal life?

Yes, to a resurrection in the next world, having added nothing but the fact of survival. I will start where I leave off on this world in spiritual progress.

The Bible doesn't reveal much of anything about what the afterlife will be like. The Urantia revelation reveals a great deal about what we can expect. The popular belief in Christiandom about sitting around on our butts in bliss is simply childish. Heaven is the endless joy of struggle, growth and loving service in many capacities. As for finalitors the Father has an unrevealed destiny in store in the developing outer space regions beyond the borders of the current, inhabited universes.
